"Ricky was exceptional. I needed help with a shower regrout for my dad while he was sick in hospital, right before Christmas. The shower grout was extremely eroded and moldy with some surrounding dry wall damage. Ricky was timely in his response, available, really reasonably priced. He has a lot of shower repair and replacement experience. When he arrived for the job, he did all the grout removal by hand. Painstakingly took hours and he didn't use a jack hammer which is one shortcut that is often done. Ricky was detail oriented, thoughtful, and gave us great advice on both short-term and long-term fixes. He honored his original quoted price despite spending way longer to do a thorough job. He even sent us a text on Christmas wishing us a lovely holiday and checking in on the job after a few days. Great guy, true professional, personable, detail-oriented. Highly recommend! The shower looks brand new as does the surrounding dry wall."
